When you say “me,” “myself,” what are we alluding to? One thing is your physical body, another thing is your mind – the way you think, yet another way of out casting our emotion – the way you feel, and the energy which drives the other things. This is what you are calling as “me.” When this “me” feels pleasant on different levels, we call it by different names.

Kore wa Love ( What a Love !!! )You can put all emotions on a continuum. On one end, you have love. Then appreciation. After that, it’s joy, happiness, contentment and satisfaction. On the opposite end of the continuum of love is fear. Other fear-based emotions include, hatred, insecurity, jealousy or greed. If our emotions become very pleasant, we call it love.

Just as the sky clustered with glittery stars, we humans are clustered with lots of emotions. Love is just one aspect of life and a dynamic feeling. We have given so much importance to love for a long time because in most people emotion has been the strongest part. Even today, though people consider themselves intellectually, still emotion is the strongest part in most of them – not their intellect, their body, or their energy. So making that pleasant feeling persistent is very important. Otherwise, it will make us woebegone.

Generally, when hormones confiscate our intelligence, we think we have fallen in love. So love is not just a non-specific emotion that plays an elusive game with us. It is not merely something we passively fall into. It is solely a dynamic relationship proportional to time with trust as a variable. Whoever you are in love with, they may not even be aware of it – it does not matter. You are in love, that’s all that matters. It is your emotion. It is the way you are!!

Love is a human emotion. We are capable of love when they are willing. But unfortunately, we want to import everything that is beautiful into our life forever. Love, joy, blissfulness – all these are human possibilities out of emotions.

If you are trying to extract joy, love and pleasantness out of somebody, this is going to be disastrous for both the people. I am not saying it is better to live alone. I am saying the way you are should be determined by you. For example, people are saying, “God loves you,” but does anybody really know whether God loves or not? We trust the statement for our emotional support.

“Love is the most powerful ‘Emotion’. Its power doesn’t affect our body but also rules our soul too”.

Note: The title Kore wa Love is a Japanese term which means “What a Love” as mentioned in the braces of the title.
